YOU SPOKE AND WE LISTENED!  This year’s EXPO Showroom will be centrally positioned inside the conference area in the Capitol Ballroom instead of across the breezeway’s Cumberland Room.  This should provide more visibility and opportunity for your business to interact with the conference participants.  

It is my pleasure to invite you to exhibit at the 6th Annual Tennessee Horticultural Exposition. This event will be held at the Nashville Airport Marriott on January 30 – February 1, 2014. The Expo represents an annual event that brings together several Tennessee agricultural organizations. These organizations are Tennessee Agritourism Conference (TAC) Tennessee Farm Winegrowers Alliance (TFWA), Tennessee Farmers Market Association (TFMA), Tennessee Flower Growers Association (TFGA), and the Tennessee Fruit & Vegetable Association (TFVA).

The 2014 Tennessee Horticultural Expo will have SHOWROOM HOURS to meet the needs of the various Associations’ gathering times.  Thursday, January 30, 1pm - 5pm will kick off the EXPO with vendors most suitable to the Agritourism and Farmers’ Market industries.  Premiere Booths will continue to be located in the conference foyer and hallways.  In addition to exhibiting your products on the showroom floor, you will have the opportunity to be recognized as a Coffee Break/Reception Sponsor and to have your company’s catalogue or other info inserted into the attendee registration packets.  You are also invited to attend the Friday night Reception.

Exhibitor Registration Instructions:

 

To register as an exhibitor CLICK HERE and follow the directions or call (865)-974-0280.  You will have the option to pay with a credit card OR be invoiced and pay with a check or money order.  Exhibitor registration includes 2 complimentary attendee registrations per company.  Additional booth workers should register as an attendee.    We have had a lot of interest from potential exhibitors and do anticipate selling out.  First Come, First Serve!

Exhibitor Booth Fees:

  • Each Booth consist of an 8x10 space
  • 2 Complimentary Attendee Registrations Per Company
  • Electricity (must request in advance)
  • 2 Chairs
  • 1 Draped 6 ft. table

Premiere Booth~ Exhibit in Foyer directly outside the meeting rooms (Cannot be locked)
Regular Booth ~ Exhibit in Capitol Ballroom
Note: Add $50 to all booth prices after December 18, 2013.

  • Regular Booth: $300/$350 after Dec 18

Door Prize Ÿ  Please indicate when you register if you plan to provide a door prize.  You will be responsible for soliciting attendees’ names for your drawing.

There will be a limited number of Premiere Booths at a higher price in the foyer outside the meeting rooms.    .

The Marriott has made a special room rate available to attendees. Be sure to mention the “Tennessee Horticultural Expo” when making your reservation to guarantee the discounted rate of $115/night.
