Early registration rates are available for registrations completed on or before January 5, 2010: after January 5, 2010 registration will increase by $25.  Pre-Registration closes for this event on January 22, 2010.  After this date, you will need to register on-site at the conference.


There are two registration package options: Expo and Agritourism


Expo registration is $50 on or before January 5 and $75 after January 5.  It includes access to free conference sessions and the Expo Trade Show, Lunch and Reception on Friday.  A few sessions requiring special materials may require a minimal extra charge.


Agritourism registration is $100 on or before January 5 and $125 after January 5.  It includes Expo registration plus access to agritourism conference sessions, an agritourism conference notebook, participation in the agritourism bus tour on Saturday, continental breakfast each day, lunch Thursday and the Agritourism Banquet on Thursday evening.


There are several special events requiring additional fees that if you plan to attend you must register for separate from the conference registration package.  These events include a


Winemaker’s Dinner- Spend an evening dining with Tennessee's award-winning winemakers with a four-course dinner designed especially to showcase wine and improve your skills in selecting wines to accompany your menu. In this special event, chefs and winemakers will discuss the intricacies of pairing wine and food. Eight gold medal winners of the Wines of the South competition will be paired with a specific appetizer, salad, entree and dessert. So get your tickets early to dine with the winemakers.  (Friday evening)


TFVA Banquet -The fruit and vegetable industry has gone through many changes over the past few years. This evening will be an opportunity for specific crop growers to network with similar producers throughout the state and beyond. It will also focus on legislative efforts that are currently underway and those which are in the near future. Come spend an evening with your fellow growers and renew the organization's comradery. (Friday evening)


TVOS Reception and Banquet - End your time at the Expo with a fun dinner celebrating amateur winemaking at it's best. This lively evening begins with a reception at 6:00 on Saturday evening, where you'll have the opportunity to sample and evaluate wines entered in the TVOS competition. Then proceed to the dinner where you will learn about amateur wine evaluation, hear critiques of wines entered in the competition and see medals be awarded.  Let the cheering begin! (Saturday evening)
